Today was the first day we didn’t have tour guide Mike to carefully navigate us through the park, but Gary stepped up to the plate and had fun day. We started the day off by driving by south of Norris where a bear was sighted yesterday but unfortunately we didn’t see anything. After that we continued down the road and hiked up the new overlook trail at Grand Presmatic which was cool in the morning with all of the colors and the fog of the morning. We then hiked to the Fairy Falls which was about a 6 mile hike and saw the tall waterfall. We then went to Ol Fatithful and got about 30 minutes to go to the stores and look around. After we saw Ol Faithful erupt we headed back to the hotel, pretty much everyone was either sleeping or close to it, being it was a busy day. Tomorrow we are leaving at about 8 to head back on the long drive home.
