Today we made the 10 hour drive to Gardiner, MT. We departed the school at around 6:00 am and made it to Bismarck at around 9:00ish for breakfast. After Bismarck we made the first scenic stop at Painted Canyon overlook of the North Dakota badlands. We then made the trek to Mile City for lunch and on to Livingston, MT for groceries before we arrived at Gardiner, MT to check into the motel and go out for supper. We were able to see whitetail-tail deer, coyotes, mule deer, elk and a few different species of birds. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of wildlife the park has to offer for us tomorrow
