We started on our journey today, and already I’m having the time of my life. The scenery on the way got better and better the further west we went. We saw a lone bull bison just outside of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and that’s how I knew it was going to be a good drive. After that bison, we saw a few herds of pronghorns, lots of mule deer and whitetail, and a couple large herds of elk. We rolled into Gardiner, Montana, and got settled into the hotel. I’m excited to see what kind of stuff we’ll being doing tomorrow with the Wolf Watchers. Going to be an early morning, but well worth it!
