Day 1

I love this place. Not far into the park we stopped and watched some rams jump around on the cliffs. Then headed to Mammoth Hot Springs to chat with a biologist Travis Wyman. Im not very sure his specific study species but he has done a little bit with almost all mammals in the park. Didn’t get to see any predators but sure seen a lot of Bison. Tonight we met with MacNeil Loyns a professional photographer and private guide. This man probably has the coolest job. Cool Fella.

Day 2

Today we started a little early trying to get out to the Lamar Valley and get a look at the Lamar Canyon Pack. Its took a couple hours before they came out of the timber and ate on a deer. Between all the wolf watching on turned around and glassed the mountain slope behind us to see a Grizzly messing around way up the slope. Over all today it was a good day to see the critters milling about the Lamar Valley. Tonight we met with Dr. Jim Halfpenny. In a nut shell he is a professional tracker.
