Yes, Yellowstone here we come. This will be my 14th year in taking students to Yellowstone. I thank all the students who have taken this adventure with me. It is always unpredictable what nature reveals. We have been snowbound at Old Faithful and one other time the park getting ready to close because of snow. This year we are going a week earlier. We hope to hear more about the reintroduction of the wolves, climate change, see wildlife of the Northern Range, and geothermal features of the park. The good news is the Junction Pack of wolves have been seen regularly and are being watched internationally. There is nothing like seeing a wolf, or any wildlife, in a natural setting like Yellowstone. Follow us at this blog site. Each student and myself will be posting our experiences the 5 days that we are out in Yellowstone. Feel free to post questions. We leave early Tuesday morning (6:00 am) and will arrive at the gates of Yellowstone at about 7:30 pm. Our first experience comes early on Wednesday morning (6 am) in seeing the wildlife of the northern range. Come along and blog with us.
